Responsible for and managing the overall brand:
Acquiring, and manufacturing creative concepts to influence the brand’s overall direction to stay relevant and current with up to date knowledge of current trends, knowledge of competitors, including and Image Consulting .
Providing expertise and knowledge to strategically advance all things pertaining to the scope of work for said client/project and/or brand, along with the aforementioned. Cultivating and managing relationships and resources of parties and management of business during the terms hereof in consultation and coordination of client.
Heather Malloy-Davis (HMD MGMT) will focus her efforts here to explore new and existing relationships with key corporations and funding sources with the intention of garnering funding. Based on the needs of the client and campaign, she will determine which partnerships will be the most beneficial for both parties. She strategically positions brands and Corporate Partners to gain the most bang for their bucks.
Building powerful and sustainable relationships with key vendors and partners is an intricate part of every successful campaign. Focusing all efforts on seeking opportunities that will not only add to the campaign, but to the budget as well. This will also strengthen the client/ brand profile. In efforts to build mutually beneficial opportunities and relationship longevity with brands or future campaigns and programs.
